Yoga classes in North County Dublin in Skerries, Balbriggan, Lusk and Rush.  Providing a friendly welcoming space for all levels to do yoga.  The classes are a ‘holistic’ experience where mind, body and breath are brought together.  You will leave the classes feeling light, energised and relaxed.  Experience a new found freedom in your body, mind and soul.

Yoga is a fantastic way to improve your health and well being!  The word Yoga means to bring together, to combine or unite, we do this by moving body and breath together.  The type of yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga which is the practice of physical postures it combines Yoga postures, breathing and relaxation.

  • I’ve been going to Maria’s Yoga Balance class for years now. I love Maria’s approach to yoga and the atmosphere she creates in class.  It ticks all the box’s for mind, body and soul activity.  I recently had a bad injury to my hand and was worried I wouldn’t be able to attend classes but Maria was so helpful in adapting poses to suit my needs and I was able to get straight back into things.  The mindfulness meditation, breathing, and relaxation technique’s Maria teaches have helped me so much over the years too.  I sleep like a log after each class.  In fact I find it hard to get up off my mat and go home sometimes I’m so relaxed afterwards!!!  I can’t rate Maria and her class highly enough, it’s a dose of weekly medicine for me and I would recommend it to anyone.

  • I was introduced to Maria and her yoga class about 3 years ago.  Since then I can say that it’s the best decision I have made.  The yoga works from head to toe.  I expected to be unable to move after the class so not the case I feel much better and my body feels great.  I have also learnt to breathe properly which I realize I wasn’t doing at all.   Yoga help’s me in stressful situations because I feel I am calmer and am better able to cope.
